ALL OF OUR RATES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WITH NO EXTRA FEES:
- Welcome amenities.
- Concierge services to help book to tours, chef services, etc
- Wifi throughout the property.
- Two Parking spaces per house.
For the best possible rates, book directly with us. You can also save by taking advantage of our 15% discount for stays of four nights or longer (cannot be combined with other promotions).

OUR POLICIES
The following policies apply to all reservations made after January 2026
Deposits
- 20% deposit for all reservations.
- Refundable after check out if the property did not suffer any damage, this is under management criteria.
- For cancellation scenarios please refer to the section below.
Cancellations
- 100% refund if canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.
- 50% refund if canceled between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival: The reservation may be rescheduled once, within a 6-month time frame.
- Cancellation after a rescheduled booking: No refund or further rescheduling will apply.
Pets
Pets allowed on case-by-case basis.
Smoking
No indoor smoking. $500 penalty if so.
